During coach walking sessions, we will walk together while I coach you. This is a unique opportunity to kill two birds with one stone! We get your exercise in while working through the coaching process.
Coaching while walking has many proven physical health benefits while simultaneously freeing up mental space to talk through other aspects of life.
Coach walking can be done individually, in groups or even virtually! Sessions can be in 30 or 50 minute sessions and can be purchased in increments of 4.
How to Prepare for your Coach Walking Session
Come dressed for success: wear comfortable and well fitting walking shoes and make clothing choices based on the weather
Bring a bottle of water
Put on sunscreen and wear a hat
*Consult your physician regarding physical readiness for exercise if you have concerns regarding your health
